Abstract
The author analyzes the most relevant questions of the permanent debate concerning the penal responsibility of the legal entity. First of all, the doctrinal and legislative offers of general character; and secondly the Spanish legislation, studyng its recent incorporation across the article 31 bis, introduced by the Organic Law 5/2010, about the reference of other alternative possibilities but with the perspective of the inevitable reality of its specific regulation in the Criminal Spanish Code.Downloads
