Abstract

Nowadays, become manifest in Europe a phenomenon of normative integration of the exchanges of goods and services, from the "unification" of the Contract Law. It has been established a set of rules, named "Common frame of reference for European contract law", that function as model rules, basic definitions and fundamental principles, on the base of the "Community acquis" and the empirical solutions; though, it is the Consumer Law the real engine of European normative unification.
