Abstract

This paper intends to provide a valid summary on the roving conference about European Cooperative Society (SCE) registered in Spain. Held during the month of September 2011 in Madrid, Valladolid, Santiago de Compostela and Murcia, this initiative, organized by the Chair of Social Economy at the University of Murcia, tried to explain Registry problems arising from the implementation in Spain of this new social form, coming out of European Company Law.
