Los acuerdos de interés profesional: un balance de la negociación llevada a cabo al amparo del Estatuto del trabajo autónomo
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to take stock of the so-called Professional Interest Agreements that have been negotiated since the adoption of Act 20/2007. The article sheds light on some questions that emerged when applying this Act, such as the possible content of these agreements, their scope or the bargaining procedure. It is argued that by calling to the Civil Code as subsidiary regulation, instead of Workers' Statute, this Act grants full freedom to the parties negotiating the agreements in those aspects not explicitly included in it.Downloads
