Abstract
This paper addresses the study of the liability of the Public Administrations for damages to persons derived from the public health services, serving both its regulatory evolution as jurisprudential development and demonstrating the modulation that courts sometimes have made this set legally mandated responsibility as direct and objective.Downloads
