Abstract

The former British colony, now HK Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, stands as one of the most important centers of the international economy, although its incorporation into the PRC in 1997 marked the emergence of mistrust and fears the maintenance of political and economic system that existed on the island so far. Currently, the situation is moderate and calm, and KH continues, for now, at the head of the international economy, without forgetting the outstanding efforts to achieve effective political freedom in the region, conditioned by their status within the region RPC.
