Abstract

The penal mediation in Spain is a system that is borning. Victim and criminal should know it for have the possibility to choose this system of conflicts resolution. From the Social Work and the Criminology we suggest complementary techniques for it will do more efficient. We will to analyze possible definitions of mediation and the mediator`s figure like essential element for her regulation, pleading always for the victim protection and the decrease of the crime.
