Abstract

The innovative computer advances that feature the twenty-first century breaks into all areas of daily life and in all spheres of society, amongst them, the job environment. New technologies facilitate the quality and effectiveness of the production, but also intensify the possibilities of controlling the human labor. Thus, in recent years, the labor dependence has evolved, sometimes because the exercise of manage power becomes extremely flexible, and others, because without varying the intensity of corporate control, change the form of expression at face value. And for this reason the traditional forms of supervisory activities are being replaced by <<virtual control>>.
