El nuevo régimen jurídico de la protección por paternidad tras las últimas reformas legislativas
Abstract
The present work deals with a study of the major innovations introduced by the Equality Act in the system of social security benefits, to encourage the reconciliation of personal, family and work. We analyzed each of the components of this new license, with special consideration of recent changes introduced in this new license, whether by Act 2 / 2008 of December 23, the budget for the 2009 by the Royal Decree 295/2009 of March 6 (BOE 21 March 2009), which regulates the financial benefits of the social security system for maternity, paternity, risk during pregnancy and risk for breastfeeding, with some proposals for improvement that have not been addressed in recent reforms.Downloads
