La libertà religiosa nell'ordinamento costituzionale italiano
Abstract
This paper intends to offer a global vision of religious liberty in Italy nowadays and of the most significant problems related to it. Taking as a starting point the principles of secularism and religious liberty constitutionally guaranteed, the author analyzes the regulation of that liberty in the legal system in its individual aspects as well as in its collective ones, trying to underline in every moment the close relationship between religious liberty and the Rule of Law.Downloads
