La elección de magistraturas por los preparlamentos
Abstract
The parliamentary nomination of Authorities constitutes one of the principal historical forms of public charges designation, as we will demonstrate in this study where we examine the presence of the parliamentary corporations of the main political organizations which have existed before the Constitutional State: the Gerusia, the Boulé, the Roman Senate, the medieval Preparliaments or the representative assemblies anticipated in the different North American colonial Charts. Besides, the parliamentary election of Authorities occupies a relevant place in the political thought of the Modern Age, appearing as an ideal form of designation of the Magistrates in important works of the utopian tradition as City of Sun, Utopia or The Perfect Republic.Downloads
