Peer Review Process

To guarantee the severity and the objectivity in the process of selection of the manuscripts, the Counsel of Editing of the Review will transfer the works received to two of the members of their Scientific Committee that because of their specialization should evaluate, anonymously, their reasoned acceptance, communicating it to the Counsel of Editing in the time limit of two months to count from the request of their report. They will not elapse more than six months between the reception of the manuscript and the communication to the author of the decision of the Counsel of Editing on their publicatio

Before the publication the author must supervise a test that should return al Counsel of editing in the time limit of two weeks since his reception. In this phase the introduction of important modifications will not be allowed.
