- Review articles: contributions that offer an up-to-date and critical analysis of a phenomenon related to social communication, based on a review of existing research. Meta-analyses and uncritical compilations of previously published research that do not make significant or novel contributions to the state of the art are excluded. The maximum length is 10,000 words.
- Book reviews: the maximum length is 500 words. Reviews should cover works of relevance and objective interest within the scope of the journal.
