Fuerza isocinética de los cuádriceps y los isquiotibiales en jugadores profesionales de balonmano
Resumen
El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar la fuerza de los músculos isquiotibiales y cuádriceps de la pierna izquierda y derecha en jugadores profesionales de balonmano, así como analizar la significancia estadística de la relación entre estos grupos musculares. El estudio incluyó a ocho jugadores profesionales del equipo "Borac", Banja Luka. Se tomaron medidas antropométricas estándar. Se evaluaron las siguientes variables: par máximo de los cuádriceps (MQT), par máximo de los isquiotibiales (MHT) y la relación isquiotibiales–cuádriceps (HQR), para determinar la presencia de desequilibrios musculares de forma bilateral y unilateral. La fuerza de las rodillas se midió mediante pruebas isocinéticas en ambos miembros en el Instituto de Deportes de la Facultad de Educación Física y Deportes de la Universidad de Banja Luka, utilizando el dispositivo CON-TREX CYK, que permite una evaluación completa de la función muscular y articular. Los resultados mostraron que no existía un desequilibrio muscular significativo, es decir, no hubo diferencias significativas en la fuerza de los cuádriceps o isquiotibiales entre la pierna izquierda y derecha, ni bilateral ni unilateralmente (p > 0,05). La fuerza de los cuádriceps y los isquiotibiales mostró una variación mínima, sin evidencia de desequilibrio muscular. En el deporte profesional y de élite, la información obtenida mediante diagnósticos isocinéticos es esencial para planificar programas de entrenamiento y prevenir lesiones. Este estudio proporciona datos normativos para la población de jugadores de balonmano.
