Evaluación de las habilidades básicas de voleibol en estudiantes de Educación Deportiva: Diferencias de género
Resumen
Este estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar las habilidades técnicas fundamentales en voleibol entre los estudiantes de Educación Deportiva. Se empleó un diseño de encuesta utilizando instrumentos de prueba desarrollados por los investigadores para evaluar las habilidades básicas de técnica en voleibol. Un total de 114 estudiantes de la Universidad Muhammadiyah de Surakarta, Indonesia, participaron en el estudio, incluidos 64 hombres (edad media = 20.58 ± 1.10 años) y 50 mujeres (edad media = 20.80 ± 1.23 años), todos matriculados en el primer y tercer semestre del programa de Educación Deportiva. Tanto los participantes masculinos como los femeninos se encontraban dentro de un rango de edad productiva (~20.7 años), presentaban valores normales de IMC (~22.48 kg/m²) y mostraron buenas frecuencias cardíacas en reposo (~65.75 lpm), lo que indica un buen estado de salud y condición física adecuada para el voleibol. Las estadísticas descriptivas mostraron que los niveles de rendimiento general fueron de moderados a altos en todas las habilidades evaluadas (pase de dedos, pase de antebrazos, saque, remate y bloqueo). Las diferencias en todas las habilidades básicas de voleibol entre los estudiantes hombres y mujeres fueron estadísticamente significativas (p < 0.05). En conclusión, los estudiantes demostraron un dominio de moderado a alto en las habilidades básicas de voleibol, siendo los hombres quienes obtuvieron mejores resultados que las mujeres en todas las habilidades.
