Jornada única escolar y bienestar docente: análisis multidimensional de los impactos en la salud mental en instituciones educativas públicas de Montería (2025–2026)
Abstract
This article aims to present how the implementation of the single school day directly and indirectly affects the mental health conditions and comprehensive well-being of teachers in public educational institutions, considering that this phenomenon is configured from the interaction between organizational, regulatory and contextual factors; Because extending the day without addressing the real conditions in which teachers inhabit their institutions is, at best, nothing more than political naivety and, at worst, a silent form of institutional violence that the Colombian State has normalized under the rhetoric of educational progress.Downloads
