Abstract

Due to the new environment conditions forced by the new European Space of Superior Education, it is necessary to carry out some changes in the educational method. If we added to this fact the pupil's lack of motivation, the necessity of transforming the traditional educational method is very justified. Both circumstances have been decisive for the development and setting up of the educational innovation project that is presented. This project implies a series of modifications related to the motivation and the evaluation. Regarding motivation, an autonomous and more independent way of work has been settled down as well as the necessity of a continuous effort along the whole academic year. On the other hand, it has been proposed a mixed evaluation method that motivates the pupils in their autonomous learning. The project has been carried out in a subject of Management Studies.
