Marimachas y mandonas: género y geografía a través del turismo de aventura en Jalcomulco (México)

Abstract

Through the use of a qualitative methodology the participation of women in guided rafting activities is revisited. The main objective is to make visible gender relations in the construction of the river as a productive space in the countryside; the body as well as her embodiment process in daily life is emphasized.
