Creating a communication channel for users of urban public transport in Murcia bases upon their information needs of
Abstract
The information needs of users of urban public transport can be divided into three phases: before, during and after the end of the tra-contracted projects. It is for this reason that we have seen in the bus lines of Murcia, in one of the stages mentioned "en route" not all information should-would be transmitted and could be useful, the user provides. The management of this information can be a strategic advantage by making the most efficient public transport. a technical solution, creation of a communication channel through Internet is proposed. To make the finding that it is possible a review of the current rules and laws, a case study where scientists work on the types and information needs assessment and comparison of software and necessary hardware are investigated and testing is done receiving a live broadcast on a city bus line Murcia latter operation being verified successfully.
