Human impact and flood risk on tourist coastal areas: case study of coastal Orihuela in southern Alicante
Abstract
Within the framework of natural risks research, it is analysed, as a case study a coastal area in which the process of making artificial torrents derives from the recent and spectacular process of tourist activity growth, resulting in the creation of a new system of urban sites conceived without the necessary attention to the flood risks.Downloads
