ESTUDIO COMPARATIVO DE UN INDICADOR DE DESERTIFICACIÓN PARA ZONAS AGRÍCOLAS SEMI-ÁRIDAS, CUENCA DEL GUADALENTÍN, SURESTE DE ESPAÑA
Abstract
This study calculates a viable indicator of desertification for agricultural areas, it assesses the preservation of integrity of agricultural soils. This indicator measures the productivity that can be examined by the ratio of crop production to fertiliser consumption (N, P and K). The indicator is calculates to Spanish agriculture, that of Murcia Region and inside of that to the Guadalentin Basin. The results show the indicator is useful to assess desertification and to induce deeper studies.Downloads
