Abstract
The high moroccan emigration flow towards Spain, is due to receiver labour possibilties and the transmitter poverty. And meanwhile that secuence stays, the stream will keep on. The alternative must combine the control of reception place with the help of the trasnsmitter place. Collaboration to the development is the most important in the mediterranean moroccan area, and the first steps are in the PAIDAR proyect.Downloads
