Abstract
The area is an example of geographical, human, economic and political diversity... that has been changing into complexity becouse of the addition of elements like the incidence of foreing debt. All that convert the area into a geographical laberynth that explains the traditional proliferation of supranational organizations vecause there masn´t been a panoramic view, althought it have a general problem, foreing debt.Downloads
