Abstract
In this article we search to carry through a reflection on the existing inaqualities in the process of economic development in the region of the Valley of the Rio Pardo, Rio Grande Do Sul, Brazil, that currently it searchs to reduce this process through designs that allow to work with the differentials of competitiveness of the region.Downloads
