AGRICULTURA, TURISMO Y RECURSOS HÍDRICOS EN EL LEVANTE ALMERIENSE
Abstract
Intensive agriculture and tourism are becoming the two most active sectors of the Levant of Almeria Province, a zone until now with little economic activity. The historical hydric deficit of this area is about to be reduced through the different «business hydraulical projects» (water transferences and sea water desalinisation plants). Any how, the non sustainability of the model makes necessary an adequate policy of resources management in order to avoid unnecessary waste and abuses on resources and environnement.Downloads
