EL PROCESO DE INCORPORACIÓN DE LA MUJER AL MERCADO DE TRABAJO EN LA REGIÓN DE MURCIA EN EL PERÍODO 1976-2001
Abstract
In this communication it is analyzed and described the process of incorporation of women in the economical activity in the Region of Murcia in its double dimendion, occupation and unemployment. The period atudied has it beginning in 1976 and lasts to the year 2001, coinciding with a moment of enormous changes in the labour structure of the Spanish society. The results of the research show an increase in the number of women who accede to the labour market since the year 1984, which is affecting positively in the global increase of the active population in the Region; however is unemployment the destiny of an important part of women from Murcia which accede to the labour market, being the a phenomena really significative for the collective of population under 25.Downloads
