INMIGRACIÓN RECIENTE EN LA REGIÓN DE MURCIA
Abstract
Over the last few years, the Region of Murcia has moved from being a source of emigration to become an immigration area. The arrival of foreign population is a particularly recent phenomenon. In 1998 they represented one out of one hundred inhabitants; in 2002 they were approaching the proportion of one out of ten. In this study we analyse and explain the causes and consequences of this accelerated movement of population, and more specifically their settling in just a few specific towns and villages.Downloads
