Abstract
The return phenomenon of emigrants (and their money) and their influence on the process of modernization of Spain belongs to the actual debate about the Spanish historical migrations in the XXth c. Above all, those waves to Europe (2.000.000 of emigrates between 1960 and 1973), and also those ones related to the North of Africa and Latin America. The author delves into the most striking aspects, analyzes the return in its double demographiceconomical dimension, and adds an up-to-date bibliography. In addition, the contents above mentioned are a synthesis and an anticipation of a wider reserach work, in which the author works at present.Downloads
