AUMENTO DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE VIVIENDAS EN LA REGIÓN DE MURCIA; ¿UN MODELO SOSTENIBLE?
Abstract
The construction of housings maintains during the last years a strong rhythm in all Spain. In the Region of Murcia it grows equally with intensity. They are analyzed which they are the economic and demographic bases that favor it, comparing them with those of the Spanish group. Their unequal territorial incidence is also studied. The areas coastal and other coast spaces stand out for their high number of built housings; likewise the whole Metropolitan Area of Murcia. They are pointed out equally, some of the risks and derived dangers of that high rhythm of construction of housings.Downloads
