THE GIANT BRAZILIAN CRISIS
Abstract
In a country where market and temtory are synonymous, spatial and seccional inequalities dominate the nation, as well as the marked shifts of economical direction, protectionism, monopolization, instability, devaluations, violent settlement and dependance on the USA do, al1 of it leading to bad management and political detenoration. The energy policy failure, the control by the multinationals, the economic collapse in the 80's, the pressures and the forced mechanisms of industrial settlements, have complicated the scene. Nowadays it must be solved the imbalance between available labour and unemployed one, the speculative component of the Green Revolution, to reguide the industrialization process, to undertake structural and infrastmctural reforms, to consolidate externa1 relations by eradicating old schemes. In short: rationalization of potentialities, more adjusted interna1 reorganization, more global insertion, seem to be the successful solution to overcome a chronic economical crisis.Downloads
