REGIONAL CRISIS IN THE ANDES
Abstract
The new macroeconomic reality is more auspicions; however, the policy is inoperative and the recent advantages counteract with the permanence of loads: equalization towards underemployment and poverty. important urban desorders, the bloom of the economy of enervating products, inter-regional isolation, lack of industrial policies, centralization, scarce macroinstitutional effectiveness, etc. Facing this situation, urgent reforms are required, reforms which offer the suitable framework for the correct insertation in the modern worldwide reality. The objective is to analyze the factors of the crisis to under-regional and nation-wide scale, starting from the landmarks that coul explain the recent regional crisis.Downloads
