Abstract

The terrestrial transports, highways and railways, they reach a significance highlighted in their different aspects, in the European Union. On the other hand the networks of infrastructures have a marked national character. The politics of transports of the Union has not had, until the moment, the enough success to articulate a network that to hold up appropriately its territory. In that way, the two Iberian countries, Portugal and Spain, they find in the Pyrenees a barely permeable barrier to facilitate the traffic of passengers and goods. The coordination lack among the French and Spanish performances, if he doesn't modify, he announces serious difficulties face to the future.
