Abstract
The sector is defined by its constant increasing, its quick dinamism and its fast diversification. The sector is predominant too. But it has a lot of important structural deficiencies and deficiencies about territorial distribution, just partially corrected. It is defined by a great change last years, particularly in the last five years of nineties, with the relaunching of some subsectors and new orientations in others. But there is still a high potential for the future, though the comparative and competitive advantages are not sufficiently exploited.Downloads
