Abstract

The need for modifications in the socialist model was evident, for the system inherent deficiencies as well as for the end of socialist field. They had been reflected in the called new eastern winds, defined by fronts from inside and from the sovietic prestige policy. In both of them, centrifugal forces have lead the system to collapse, irreversible for structural, economical and ideological reasons. Its destruction has not implied the origin for new models, but for previous system without ideology or economical practice. For that, crisis in the new emergent ways, of ambiguous future, is mentioned.
