Abstract
This paper (approached as a specific case study), tackles the labour intermediation from the temporary agencies (T.A.) in a specific geographical context as Murcia, and with a specific collective: the foreign immigrant people. The TA have improved a specification in the agricultural field in Murcia with the management of the foreign immigrant people labour force. It means a case of labour intermediation efficiency without comparison in other Spanish territories. For that reasons, this experience must be a study object for its possible application to other activities fields or geographical contexts. As well as it, it’s possible to study the availability of adapting its methods to public labour intermediation agencies. However, it’s necessary the consideration about the labour quality stimulated by temporal agencies, with short time contracts and without temporal continuity.Downloads
