Abstract
The country has passed from the maoism to an opening process, both social and economic in a very short time. lmportant social changes have altered the nationai dynamics rapidly. Moreover the economy experiences a slow movement towards the market model despite the extent of domestic market. Finally, geopolitical changes are important though they are not noticed in the short term. These circumstances have transformed China in an exceiient pattern for the Third World.Downloads
