ALGUNAS CONSIDERACIONES EN TORNO AL POBLAMIENTO DE LA REGIÓN DE MURCIA. LOS PROBLEMAS DE LA DESCENTRALIZACIÓN
Abstract
According to the Spanish Constitution the policy of Public Administration must be guided by the principle of decentralizing. That should be based upon a rearrangement of the Spanish territorial structure which should take into account spaces according to three levels: inhabited areas, counties and regions. The key to the new design should be the present space distribution of the inhabitants and its trend. Settlements in Murcia Region were characterized by a hastened process of concentration of the inhabitants into better connected and more developped axes opposite to a gradual drift from the land in large areas which, from a territorial point of view, endangers lhe ballanced growth of the Region.Downloads
