Abstract

This paper analyses the different morphological, morphometric, and drainage pattero characteristics of five small catchment areas forming part of the Subbetic ranges in the Murcia region. The target has been to obtain an evaluation of the possible differences referring to their hydrodynamic performance. Morphology and morphometry of the catchment areas, the degree of development of their drainage patteros as well as cross-sectiolls of the main channels, are analysed.
