Abstract
Aunque la Unión Europea se ha esforzado en asumir el liderazgo internacional en la lucha contra el cambio climático, una serie de factores han dejado al descubierto los defectos y debilidades que minimizan el liderazgo europeo. En este contexto nuestro estudio tiene por objetivo valorar los principales parámetros en los que se basa la política medioambiental de la Unión Europea, a fin de determinar si la organización goza de la legitimidad necesaria para impulsar los esfuerzos internacionales destinados a frenar el calentamiento global.Downloads
