The geography of perception: a valid methodology applied to the case of a city of average-small. The example of Yecla (Murcia)
Abstract
Any city is composed of real space or physical condition makes life eaiser forits citizens. For their study used a vision “external” to be endorsed by the management of mapping and statiscal data, the comparison of these data would lead to concrete results, measurable. The geography of perception and behavior since its inception more than five decades to the above proposed adding a new vision that would collect the personal experience of this citizens through their feelings, emotions and preferences. This would lead to a view “inside” of this reality that would be directed more toward the living space and subjective.
The present work aims to use the proposals of the current geographical think in go to analyze the real case of a city of medium that could serve as a reference for other areas with similar characteristics.
