Abstract

It presents an overview of the demographic evolution of the Basque regions during the period 2001-2010 and the changes they have experienced for the last years of the last century. For this it has been carried out an analysis of the evolution of the growth of its population, the demographic factors (birth, death and migration) and the changes to their demographic structures. The purpose of this analysis is to know whether there is a clear relationship between population trends and land development.
