Estética sonora de la flauta travesera en el flamenco: catálogo de ejemplos y elaboración de ejercicios para su puesta en práctica

Abstract

Over the years, flamenco has been transmitted preferably orally, relegating the possibility of doing so through conventional notation. In order to capture the sound aesthetics of this musical genre and its tonal peculiarities, it is necessary to create a new language to guide its implementation. The present research focuses on the analysis of the use of the extended techniques, going deeper into which are the most used nowadays in this music and in what way their writing is expressed. Thus, the aim of this work is to approach the creation of a carousel of exercises and examples suitable for learning flamenco on the transverse flute. To do this, it will be necessary to work on these tools individually and progressively, going deeper into each of these sound tools. The final aim is that the combination of all the musical examples provided will facilitate the final work, by using all the techniques in favour of a good flamenco performance, as well as achieving a correct learning of the extended techniques on the transverse flute.
