Satisfação laboral dos trabalhadores de emergência pré-hospitalares, revisão panorâmica

Resumo

Introdução: A satisfação laboral dos trabalhadores das instituições de saúde é atualmente um indicador maior da qualidade assistencial prestada aos utentes. Objetivo: O objetivo desta revisão foi identificar as definições e os instrumentos de medida da satisfação laboral no âmbito das urgências pré-hospitalares. Método: Foi realizada uma revisão seguindo a metodologia concebida por Arksey e O’Malleys. A partir de PCO (participantes: pessoal de emergências pré-hospitalares incluindo médicos, enfermeiros, técnicos, paramédicos e médicos) / Conceito: satisfação laboral/ Resultados: definições e métodos de medida) selecionam-se os termos MeSH para realizar uma pesquisa sistemática nas bases de dados: PubMed/ Medline, Scopus, WoS, Doaj, Dialnet e JBI entre 2015 a 20/03/2023. Resultados: Dos 323 resultados, 16 cumpriram os critérios de inclusão. Estes trabalhos apenas 7 descrevem o significado de satisfação laboral. E apenas 8 explica o instrumento de medida expondo as questões que o constituem e os aspetos que são registados. Discussão: Destaca-se a heterogeneidade quer na conceptualização da satisfação laboral, quer os instrumentos de medida utilizados nas urgências pré-hospitalares.
