MOBBING: LA VIOLENCIA PSICOLÓGICA COMO FUENTE DE ESTRÉS LABORAL.
Abstract
Mobbing is a personal, laboral and institutional problem. It can be contextualised within the laboral ambit, is a type of psychological harm or moral pursuit. It has been considerated as an of the principal sources of laboral stress, and its appearance has a very close relation with affective and relationship problems. The defenselessness of the victim front to this phenomenon, it does make necessary the stablishment of contention and prevention strategies.Downloads
