Abstract
La especialización en el área profesional hoy se impone y se difunde en todos los países como la consecuencia natural de la extraordinaria profundidad del conocimiento. En este contexto las autoras presentan las formas de impacto del Curso de Especialización en la Modalidad de Residencia en Enfermería, creado en la Escuela de Enfermería Alfredo Pinto de la Universidad Federal del Estado de Río de Janeiro-Brasil en 1996.Downloads
