THE QUALITY OF THE NURSING PERFORMANCE.
Abstract
Since many years, in developed countries, there is a growing concern and interest in reaching the best quality standards in the products and services offered. This is not surprising, considering that the “quality assurance” has nowadays an important role and contributes enormously to the improvement of competitivity of enterprises. If we consider the hospital as an enterprise which offers health services, it seems necessary to perform a quality assessment of these services. In this case, the primary goal might not be the improvement of the competitivity; it is mainly a social necessity and a professional obligation. Through this work, we want to emphasize what is the quality assurance and to remind the importance of a good quality of the nursing care.Downloads
