ANALYSIS OF THE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF RESOURCES IN AN INTENSIVE CARE UNIT.
Abstract
In this work, we present the data of a real intensive care unit. Our aim was to elaborate a planning and organization of resources, based on a real situation, analysing the facts, diagnosing the problems detected and offering solutions and improvement strategies. Subsequently, we want to implement correcting measures to improve the quality of nursing care in an intensive care unit. Finally, we consider of high importance the fact of knowing what we have and how to use it.Downloads
