Abstract

The abstract here presented, analyses the situation of a hospital unit to diagnose later the potential problems that may appear. It is a retrospective research at the maternity-paediatric unit, so we had the opportunity to analyse the situation of a hospital unit of these characteristics. After the problems identification the improvement opportunities and the action plan were presented to restore the possible deviation produced.
