Abstract

The objective of our article is, on one hand, to remember the main fibrinolytics used in the sharp coronary syndrome, in what refers to the specific cares of infirmary, and for other, to describe one of the last used fibrinolytics, the tenecteplase (Metalyse ®); indications, administration, control of adverse effects and interactions.
