PERCEPTION OF NURSES URGENCY AND EMERGENCY SERVICE REGARDING HOSPITAL ACCREDITATION.
Abstract
The present study starts from a reflexive critical analysis of Hospital Accreditation in the urgency and emergency service of Hospital Universitário de Santa Maria, RS. It has as objective to point the importance of nursing participation in the quality systems implantation in the health sceneries and it implications for the hospital nursing practice. The critical analysis was based in the Hospital Accreditation reference and in the implantation of a reflexive critical process with 08 nurses of the service. By the dialogue, the reflections on the work routine, the reality problems, individual and collective situations experience, and the group defined the revision and the actions adoption in consonance with Hospital Accreditation. The process of Hospital Accreditation proposes the health institutions voluntary participation, stimulating them to the health behavior of continuum search for quality in the services rendered.Downloads
